The following steps were taken to define the Electoral Process Vulnerabilities:

• Consolidation of vulnerabilities from analyzing each process under the light of the quality criteria.
• Vulnerabilities where vetted against different sources

3. Forums

• For each vulnerability, the threat agents and assets are identified.
